Your key responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day entity administration, governance requirements and corporate housekeeping under Senior and Manager supervision.
- Prepare draft board/manager and shareholder/partner decisions, powers of attorney and corporate records; support meeting packs, minutes, signatures and action tracking.
- Support acquisitions, disposals, financings and reorganisations through document preparation, transaction checklists and signing/closing coordination.
- Assist with drafting legal documentation, such as intra-group loan and financing documentation, for review by experienced colleagues.
- Support incorporations, share transfers, capital operations, distributions, registered-office changes and liquidations, including notary coordination.
- Prepare RCS, RESA and RBE filings and LNIN requests; update registers, entity management systems, trackers and document repositories.
- Coordinate with clients and service providers; monitor deadlines and flag missing information, inconsistencies and risks promptly.
- Help improve templates, checklists and digital workflows, including document automation, e-signature and responsible use of AI tools.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, finance, or a comparable field with a strong legal component.
- Zero to two years of relevant experience; recent graduates and candidates with legal or corporate-administration internships are encouraged to apply.
