The opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Consulting Leader to join us as a Partner to drive our Life Sciences Commercial Technology practice.

This role will focus on leveraging technology to enable data driven business transformation within the Life Sciences Commercial sector. We have an ambition to be leaders in the Veeva commercial sector so the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Veeva as well as other commercial technology solutions within the Life Sciences industry. This will be coupled with strong consulting and leadership skills to guide our clients through challenging and complex transformations.

Your key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Lead the development and execution of the technology consulting strategy for the Life Sciences Commercial Technology practice.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives and market trends.

2. Client Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key senior clients, understanding their unique challenges and providing advisory as well as technology solutions.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the implementation of innovative technologies to enhance commercial effectiveness.
• Bring the best of EY Thought Leadership and collaboration to clients helping them to solve their challenges and drive growth through high performance.

3. People Development:

• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, inclusiveness and diversity

• Provide training and support to team members on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

4. Business Development & Partnerships:

• Drive business development efforts by identifying and converting new opportunities
• Leverage Partner relationships to bring the best of the EY’s partner ecosystem to identify and drive value for our clients and partners
4. Market Insights:

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the Life Sciences Commercial sector.

Skills and attributes for success:

• Considerable proven experience in technology consulting, with a focus on the Life sciences Industry in a senior role.
• Strong understanding of the Commercial landscape in life sciences, from a business and technology standpoint.
• Proven track record of leading successful consulting engagements and managing client relationships.
• Proven track record or working with and developing external partnerships & alliances such as with Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe etc.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with commercial transformation technologies, data analytics, and the major CRM systems & players relevant to life sciences.
