The opportunity

 

The award winning Digital Talent AI team has a vacancy for a leader who can help us deliver the Predictive AI elements of our Digital Talent Strategy. As an Assistant Director you will be focused on how we use innovative AI solutions to differentiate EY and at the same time meet our strategic and business initiatives.
Project Management - IBM Watson platform experience are required for this role.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

Working as part of a wider programme team you will lead and deliver multiple AI driven projects e.g. the inference of employee skills profiles. You will need to rigorously manage and work in partnership with several external vendors and business stakeholders to help achieve your goals. 

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

  • You will need strong business partnering, project management, commercial and core operating skills to succeed in this role. In addition:

 

To qualify for the role you must have 

 

  • Expertise in Digital Talent platforms in particular SuccessFactors and Service Now 
  • Expertise in IBM Watson Platform
  • Understanding and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and the application to Talent 
  • 2 to 5 years of working in a Talent (HR) function

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

  • Experience with working with and managing external vendors
  • Expertise in MS Office, specifically MS Excel (proficient in VLookups, Pivot Tables, Formulae, etc)
  • Flexibility, due to the global nature of the role there may be a need to work outside of normal business hours to accommodate calls and meetings across time zones.
