The Opportunity 

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Immigration Consultant to join our London, Canary Wharf office. You’ll play a key role in managing client engagements, driving operational excellence, and providing expert immigration advice to global businesses.  

 

EY’s Financial Services Immigration practice is a fast-paced, client-focused environment supporting some of the most dynamic organisations in the sector. Our team partners closely with corporate clients, assignees, and EY colleagues across all levels to deliver exceptional immigration services to the business. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality immigration advice and manage a diverse portfolio of client engagements.
  • Ensure technical excellence and compliance with immigration regulations and EY risk policies.
  • Build strong client relationships and proactively identify process improvements and opportunities. Manage engagement economics, including budgets, billing, and cash collection.
  • Research and apply current immigration developments and policy changes to client solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of internal training, communications, and service offerings.
  • Support a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and exceptional client service.

 

Skills and Attributes for Success 
You’ll have:

  • Experienced immigration professional, ideally with expertise in UK Skilled Worker/GBM category.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • High attention to detail with sound commercial and strategic judgment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and immigration case management software.
  • Client-focused, proactive, and solutions-oriented team player.
