The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Tax Advisor to join our Equity and Employment Tax team — where you’ll get hands-on experience with exciting projects from day one. This is a role for someone who thinks differently, enjoys solving complex challenges, and wants to make an impact that goes beyond tax. You’ll help shape how organisations reward, retain, and engage their people globally — making work better for clients and their teams alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to tackle real-world business and people challenges.
• Deliver high-quality employment tax advice and compliance services across a range of sectors.
• Balance compliance work with strategic advisory projects that drive real value.
• Manage and grow client relationships, contributing to business development initiatives.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and risk management.
• Lead, mentor, and support junior team members to help them reach their potential.

• Holds a relevant qualification (ATT, ACA, CA, ACCA, or CTA).
