The Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and develop day-to-day client relationships and oversee a team of assignment management case advisors.
The Assignment Services team within People Advisory Services at EY provides comprehensive services to a diverse range of multinational clients in the UK, EMEIA, and globally. Our service offering consists of two key pillars:
- Mobility Transformation: Consulting with clients to enhance their global mobility function and implementing these improvements through projects and secondments, driven by our world-class expertise.
- Mobility Talent Operate: Operating the mobility function on behalf of clients, either partially or fully, managing end-to-end international move administration.
We are currently seeking a manager who is passionate about mobility transformation and the opportunities to work with existing and new clients in this area.
About You:

- Proven track record of leading individuals or teams.
- Ability to act and think quickly and demonstrate offerings (e.g. technology demonstrations) to our clients.
- Creative thinker who will bring fresh thinking and ideas to our team and clients.

- Strong team player with the ability to integrate with new teams quickly.
- Project management skills, including planning and prioritising work, meeting deadlines and budget monitoring.

- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to manage client expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build and create relationships with new clients, providing consistently high levels of client service.
- Leading both on-shore and off-shore teams, continually making recommendations for improvement.
- Bringing creative and innovation solutions for new Go to Market ideas for our existing clients and targets.
- Build on existing relationships and build new ones (internal and external) to identify mobility opportunities.
- Challenging the status-quo: demonstrate and lead our clients in new directions.
- Project manage on our exciting mobility transformation opportunities considering different ways of delivery to our clients.
- Utilisation of technology solutions to enhance the value of what we deliver to our clients.
- Contribute to maximizing value for both EY and clients while managing risk appropriately.
- Develop and counsel junior team members, making key decisions that affect the team.
- Shape the future of the practice by expanding the breadth and depth of services offered to clients through advancements in technology and regulatory developments.
