Digital Talent is a new global team established within EY Global Talent Executive that is organized under common leadership and a new operating model. Responsible for HR processes, transactions and technology across our global organization, the mission of Digital Talent is to deliver world class globally consistent processes and enabling technology.

Supervising Associate


We are looking for an experienced SF Learning Consultant / Professional who can work well in a team environment, quickly get acquainted with the Learning platform at EY, which includes EY specific customization as well as other related applications which are integrated with SF LMS such as ServiceNow and work well in a fast-paced dynamic environment

As a Supervising Associate, you will be a key member of the Digital Talent Design team responsible for coordinating and/or leading the design and deployment of system solutions, testing and implementation of EY HR systems.


Your key responsibilities

 

  • Develop and lead the creation of a realistic and robust project plans, the definition of project scope, objectives and the involvement of all the relevant stakeholders
  • Define the project team based on the requirements and support the engagement of resources
  • Monitor changes for project scope, schedule and costs and take appropriate actions
  • Identify risks to critical path and document to support the creation of contingency plans
  • Lead the creation, maintenance and sharing of comprehensive project documentation, ensuring high quality and a low rate of review cycles
  • Delegate specific tasks to resources and provide the right level of support and review to successful delivery
  • Responsible for analysis and design in all its phases, from the collection of functional and technical requirements to the recommendations on improving process, efficiency and leading practices
  • Lead resources on specific tasks based on complexity and delegate when required
  • Responsible for the build and configuration phases based on the agreed technical specifications
  • Lead all the phases of testing: System Testing (ST), User Acceptance Tests (UATs), Performance/Volume Testing
  • Conduct training needs Analysis and define training plan, including budget and attendees
  • Lead the readiness assessment for the deployment (i.e. data cleansing, environment configuration and user profiling)
  • Lead the software transition from the project to BAU maintenance and handover
  • Escalation point and review the regular progress updates, working on solutions and solving potential risks and issues.
  • Create project strategy, objectives, decision criteria and prioritization within the portfolio in order to ensure the right balance between demand and supply
  • Configure SAP LMS and other systems in the Learning landscape as per agreed and approved specifications
  • Work with stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Identify stakeholder’s issues and actions to address and resolve issues on a timely manner.
  • Lead the scoping of requirements to assess vendors capability to deliver projects successfully.
  • Monitor vendors' performance and deliverables against EY standards and agreed targets
  • Lead and manage cross border teams in a virtual environment, manage counselling relationships with virtual counselees

 

Technical Requirements/Qualifications 

 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-10 years’ experience within the HR function with a focus on HRIS Project
  • Excellent understanding of SF LMS solution and configuration
  • Project Management skills
  • Demonstrate effective communication, problem solving, analytical skills and leadership skills
  • Must be well versed in use of Microsoft Office applications (excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook), Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • Proficient in using business English
  • Experienced in effectively leading, coaching, conflict management, dealing with ambiguity, negotiation and decision making
  • Preferable to have Associate level SAP SuccessFactors LMS certification.
