The EY organization continues to make significant investments in its Audit teams, the transformation of audit services and its AI-powered technology platform to enhance quality, improve on an exceptional employee and client experience; and provide the tools our people need to deliver a market-leading audit. As Global Audit BMC Program Lead, you will support the ongoing development and growth of Audit as it continues on this journey. 

 

This senior-level position will collaborate with global and regional Assurance leadership, the Audit Transformation Office, Professional Practice, Quality Leadership, digital teams and other Assurance, Audit and BMC stakeholders to develop, create and activate marketing, communications and enablement programs that support the delivery, quality and technical aspects of the audit. Working with a team of brand, go-to-market and external and internal communications professionals, you will be responsible for program development, execution and measurement, senior stakeholder and staff management, and working with account and regional teams to ensure messaging, activities and materials support global and local market needs.

 

Success in this role will be demonstrated through the results of leading and owning the delivery of strategic initiatives and their activities that build awareness and preference, continually increase communications effectiveness and evolve the Audit services brand.

 

Your key responsibilities 

 

  • Manage and deliver complex multi-channel marketing and communications activities with the input of multiple stakeholders
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships and provide strategic counsel on brand, marketing and communications best practices
  • Create marketing and communications programs, which include materials such as positioning documents, thought leadership, digital content and product summaries within EY guidelines
  • Support the ongoing transformation of audit with impactful change management communications and enablement
  • Identify measurable goals and track success
  • Manage and counsel marketing and communications professionals and play a senior role across the wider Assurance BMC group and BMC function.
  • Ability to travel occasionally

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

  • A proven track record of turning strategy into action to deliver b2b marketing and communications programs, initiatives and activities within an ever-changing marketing and communications environment 
  • Project management and successful delivery within a matrixed and virtual team environment
  • Strong communications ( channel deployment and storytelling skills; resource and project management acumen and attention to deadlines; and experience delivering programs across a complex, multimarket, regulated environment
  • An understanding of marketing channels and tactics, with an emphasis on digital and the application of AI to standardize and simplify processes while improving the quality of deliverables.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

  • Excellent networking experience and skills in a wide range of situations and with people at all levels within an organization, including global leaders
  • Demonstratable knowledge, skills and abilities concerning global business fundamentals, business models, ethics, competitive analysis and cross cultural/geographical sensitivities
  • Flexibility in adapting to a changing role and responsibilities
  • Proven ability to excel in a Big Four or professional services firm
  • The role will collaborate with colleagues globally, which will occasionally require working outside of normal business hours.

 

What we look for


An experienced b2b brand, marketing and communications “triathlete” with a proven track record in delivering complex, multichannel, global programs in an environment of ongoing transformation. The individual will be highly organized with a strong eye for detail. They should have experience of operating and managing teams in a matrix structure, and ideally exposure to audit services marketing and communications. Also they will have the ability to interact, influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across a multimarket environment. #LI-Remote

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.  The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,700 to $247,800.  The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,500 to $281,600.  Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.  In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
  • Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
