The Opportunity
The Global Account Support Activation Leader drives enterprise-wide transformation by working with Regions to evolve finance support from transactional processing to strategic advisory, resulting in enhanced financial efficiency and value creation for client engagements.
This leader manages a team dedicated to collaborating with Region Account Support teams by delivering a comprehensive toolkit—including processes, technology, operating models, reports, and learning resources—that empowers Client Servers to focus on margin improvement and revenue growth, ensuring robust financial due diligence and risk management.
The Activation Leader collaborates with internal clients and cross-functional partners to design and continuously improve support models, ensuring that best practices and innovations are scaled across the entire enterprise.
This role bridges strategy, change management, and execution — ensuring that transformation priorities are not just designed but activated at scale across functions regions, and business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate enterprise finance transformation strategies into actionable roadmaps and initiatives.
- Partner with regional leaders and cross-functional teams to align priorities, milestones, and value outcomes.
- Bring the right mix of talent, processes and tools to serve our Accounts underpinned by

- Drive finance-wide change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies.
- Build relationships and partner across Finance, Technology, Account & Engagement Teams, Business Leadership, Enablement functions and third party suppliers to provide seamless support.
- Lead improvement initiatives for financial systems (e.g., Mercury, Dynamics), ensuring enhancements are aligned with business needs and drive efficiency.
- Drive consistency and standardization of the Accounts support model where this makes sense, and will deliver optimization and efficiencies
- Deliver Mercury support and usability enhancements; support for other financial systems and tools
- Deliver globally consistent training on new systems, processes, and advisory skills.
- Champion the use of advanced automation strategies and tools to optimize financial processes.
- Drive innovation in financial support models, including tech pricing, costing solutions, and controls improvements.

- Agility: Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in using analytics and financial data to inform decisions and measure impact.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in finance transformation, strategic finance support, or a similar leadership role in a global organization.
- Strong track record of leading change, building high-performing teams, and delivering complex programs.
- Expertise in financial systems (e.g., Mercury, Dynamics) and process optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
