Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Manager to write & oversee the documentation and auditing of existing and needed processes related to ExpenD, our pre-approval tool for expenses being rolled out in the UKI region. The successful candidate will ensure that all processes are interconnected, dependencies are visible, and any gaps are highlighted. This role requires a strong ability to create consistent process documentation and maintain a uniform library of business and technical processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Process Documentation: Document existing processes and identify needed processes related to the ExpenD tool, ensuring clarity and consistency. Develop clear and comprehensive new process documents using tools such as Visio, Word, and Excel where needed.
  • Audit Existing Processes: Conduct thorough audits of current processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Dependency Mapping: Ensure that all processes are interconnected, with dependencies clearly visible to stakeholders.
  • Gap Analysis: Highlight gaps in existing processes and propose solutions to create a more streamlined workflow.
  • Cataloguing Processes: Maintain a uniform library of business and technical processes, ensuring easy access and retrieval for stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights necessary for process documentation and improvement.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on process documentation standards and tools.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Experience:
    • experience in process management, documentation, or a related field.
    • Experience with expense management tools or financial processes is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Word, and Excel.
    • Familiarity with process mapping and documentation standards.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps and propose actionable solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
