Job Title: Digital Technology Manager

 

 Summary of role:           

 As a Digital Technology Manager, you will be working within EY’s US/UK Cross Border Tax Team. You will be responsible for leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform for analytics, process automation, integration, solution showcasing, business alignment, and industry engagement to drive data-driven decision-making and process efficiency within the organisation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop data models, dashboards, and reports in Dynamics 365 and Power BI for data-driven insights
  • Automate business processes in Dynamics 365 using Power Automate
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with other systems/data sources
  • Build solutions showcasing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities
  • Coordinate analytics/automation initiatives with business development goals
  • Engage in knowledge sharing and industry events related to the technologies
  • Power Automate Desktop
  • Dynamics Customization and Configuration
  • Proactively develop/experiment with new features and recommendations regarding new features/functionality to the Senior Manager.

  

Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Platform
  • Data modelling
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Collaboration and communication skills
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in Dynamics 365 and process automation

 

Ideally you will have: 

 

  • Passed Microsoft Certification: Power Platform Fundamentals PL-900
  • Completed Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration Course
