The EY Foundation helps young people, disadvantaged in the labour market, to fulfil their work potential. We are unique in our position as the link between employers and young people, having strong relationships with both.

Our work involves designing, developing, and running our own services: Smart Futures, Our Future and Accelerate, as well as raising independent funds to support new initiatives and reach more young people across the UK. We work with organisations from across all sectors, including commercial, not-for-profit, education and government.

Your key responsibilities

The role will include several key responsibilities but are not limited to:

  • Operational support – assisting in all administrative work in programme delivery, including the distribution and collection of laptops to programme participants, helping with onboarding processes for young people, liaising with relevant EY and team colleagues.
  • Volunteering support – assisting with safeguarding checks (DBS and NSPCC processing and tracking), maintaining the volunteer contact database, and liaison with EY volunteering systems (Ripples).
  • General administration – including calendar updates, meetings administration, team support across the Charity.
  • Data and systems support – including updating relevant data dashboards and data management systems, including our new CRM and website.
  • Legal and compliance support – assisting across a range of compliance processes, including BRETs and other independence checks.
  • Fundraising support – assisting the income teams in developing and running fundraising activities.

At EY Foundation, we highly encourage all our staff members and secondees to volunteer for our internal activities and events regardless of their role within the Foundation and actively participate in the EY Foundation's broadly agenda.
