Your role in the team
Imagine a situation where a company targets a new international market. This initiative requires gathering critical information - analyzing the market's growth trends, identifying key drivers, and evaluating the competitive environment. Our team's role is to assess the feasibility of entering the market and to develop successful strategies. This involves tackling complex challenges collaboratively as a team. Responsibilities:
- Contributing to Strategic Projects: Actively participate in strategic initiatives aimed at market entry, growth, and expansion plans. Develop and present client-focused solutions for both projects and business development.
- Executing Detailed Analyses: Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative analyses, feasibility studies, and strategic recommendations.
- Display Problem-Solving Thinking: Apply a problem-solving mindset to dissect complex challenges encountered during market entry evaluations or strategic projects.
- Strategic Input and Execution: Offer strategic input and assist in the execution of growth plans, mergers, or acquisitions.
- Continuous Learning and Team Collaboration: Embrace a proactive approach to learning, keeping abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
- Project Leadership: Lead small teams to deliver project milestones.
- Client Relationship Skills: A demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships, fostering trust and credibility through effective communication, understanding client needs, and delivering a high-quality service.
- Client work on-site: Be available for business travel to client locations, depending on project assignments.
- Team Development: Cultivate an inclusive team culture and contribute towards internal firm initiatives.
Qualifications:
- You have completed a university degree.
- You possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or corporate finance.
- You demonstrate proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- In addition to Slovene, you speak and write English well, as we are a regional team and all communication is in English.
- You exhibit common sense and can stay level-headed during periods of complex and intense work. Often, you will need to rapidly familiarize yourself with unfamiliar topics.
- You communicate effectively and can build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- And most importantly, it must be a good match. You will spend a lot of time with us, so you need to get along with the team on a personal level.

Pogoji za prijavo
- Imate zaključeno visokošolsko izobrazbo (ali boste diplomirali v tem študijskem letu).
- Zanima vas svetovanje na področju strategije; predhodne izkušnje so prednost, niso pa pogoj.
- Poleg slovenščine dobro govorite in pišete angleško, saj delujemo regionalno in poteka komunikacija v angleščini.
- Imate zdravo mero logičnega razmišljanja in ostanete mirni tudi v zahtevnejših obdobjih. Pogosto se boste hitro spoznavali z novimi temami.
- Najpomembneje – ujemati se moramo kot ekipa. Ker bomo veliko časa skupaj, je pomembno, da se dobro ujamemo tudi osebnostno.
