Supporting policy governance across EY and maintaining trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
  • working with the Policy Leader and Policy Director to prepare and deliver information, training, and guidance to the business on EY policies, contributing to efforts to raise awareness and understanding by Partners and Staff on key policy matters.
  • Working with the operational members of the policy team to develop tools and solutions that support policy awareness, understanding and learning.

The Policy team is a global, virtual team with members in several locations, including a core team of policy support staff based at GDS.  The successful candidate may be required to travel occasionally for one-to-one and team meetings.
