The Opportunity
As a Talent Management Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting a broad range of talent initiatives that enhance employee development, engagement and experience. Working closely with the Talent team and business stakeholders, you will contribute to performance management, career development, talent analytics and transformation projects that help drive our people agenda.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and execution of Performance Management and Talent Development processes.
  • Prepare reports, analyses, dashboards and presentations to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to initiatives related to career development, counselling, learning, professional growth and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I).
  • Support employee experience, engagement and people listening programmes, helping to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop communications, presentations, guidelines and materials tailored to different stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Talent transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain and analyse talent-related data, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with internal standards.
  • Support the implementation of strategic Talent projects and contribute to enhancing Talent processes and employee journeys.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

  • 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources, Talent Management or a related area.
  • University degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.

 

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

  • Experience working with HR systems and talent-related reporting.
  • Interest in employee experience, talent development and organisational effectiveness.
  • Experience supporting project management and process improvement initiatives.
