The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join our Technology Consulting team, focusing on the implementation and evolution of the ServiceNow platform in complex and highly regulated environments, particularly within the Financial Services sector.
This role offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end ServiceNow initiatives, combining strong technical expertise with a client-facing mindset. You will contribute to the successful delivery of transformational programs, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation stabilization.
Your key responsibilities
- Actively participate in enterprise ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects, covering the full delivery lifecycle;
- Configure, customize and maintain ServiceNow modules including ITSM, GRC, TPRM, BCM and Operational Resilience, ensuring alignment with business, risk and regulatory requirements;
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow technical components, such as: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions;
- Workflows and Flow Designer; Service Catalog, approval processes, notifications and dashboards;
- Ensure high technical quality of the solution, following ServiceNow best practices, performance standards and maintainability principles;
- Support requirements gathering and analysis with business stakeholders and technical teams;
- Act as a bridge between clients and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and continuous alignment;
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including planning, execution and issue resolution;
- Support clients during rollout, go-live and post-implementation stabilization phases;
- Contribute to process design aligned with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements, particularly within financial services organizations;
- Support the training of end users and operational teams;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal methodologies, accelerators and best practices;
- Support and mentor junior team members, promoting quality, consistency and EY delivery standards.
Skills and attributes for success
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, preferably within a technology consulting environment;
- Proven experience in end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects;
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g. Financial Services) is highly valued;
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly ITSM and/or GRC-related modules;
- Practical experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL and backend logic;
- Strong capability in advanced ServiceNow configuration and customization;
- Experience with integrations (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors or other external systems) and/or workflow technologies (e.g. Appian) is considered a plus;
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset;
- Clear and effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders;
- Strong organization, autonomy and prioritization skills;
- Team player with a continuous improvement mindset;
- Willingness and curiosity to learn new technologies and business domains.
Certifications (valued)
- ServiceNow CIS (ITSM, GRC or related modules);
- ITIL Foundation.
