Your Key Responsibilities

•    Lead and manage multiple workstreams within supply chain transformation, operational improvement or digital operations projects across national and international clients.
•    Conduct diagnostic assessments of supply chain performance, identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction and process optimization.
•    Design future state operating models for areas such as planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing and distribution.
•    Support the implementation of digital and technology enabled solutions.
•    Manage workflows, priorities and expectations with clients, ensuring clear communication and high quality delivery.
•    Develop business cases, process mapping, performance models and data driven insights to support decision making.
•    Ensure high quality deliverables and efficient execution by leveraging methodologies, best practices and technology.
•    Foster team productivity and collaboration through effective communication and coaching.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

•    Academic background in Engineering, Management, Economics or related fields from a recognized university.
•    At least 4 years of professional experience in supply chain, operations management or consulting roles.
•    Previous experience in a consulting environment (Big4 or similar) is highly valued.
•    Strong command of analytical tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping, performance modelling).
•    Experience with supply chain technology platforms is a plus.
•    Team management experience and ability to coordinate junior consultants.
•    Ability to work in multicultural teams and global environments.
•    Full English proficiency.
