As a Senior Consultant – Brand, Content & Communication Strategy, you will play an active role in shaping brand and communication strategies, developing strategic content and storytelling, and supporting clients in translating complex ideas into clear, engaging and business-oriented narratives.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Develop strategic content and copywriting materials, including brand storytelling, campaigns, presentations, proposals and institutional content.
• Define and develop brand strategies, communication strategies and change communication approaches aligned with business goals and customer experience.
• Ensure brand consistency across different touchpoints, channels and materials.
• Create and supervise creative concepts, narratives and key messages for different audiences, channels and purposes.
• Translate complex strategic, technological or transformation-related topics into clear, engaging and impactful communication.
• Work closely with designers, consultants, multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support the planning and delivery of client projects, ensuring quality, timelines and strategic alignment.
• Prepare clear, structured and visually consistent deliverables and presentations.
• Participate in client meetings, collaborative sessions and workshops.
• Contribute to commercial proposals, pitches and the development of EY’s Brand & Content offering.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Branding, Management, Design, Journalism, Business or a related field.
• 3 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in communication, branding, marketing, content strategy or consulting.
• Solid background in communication strategy and brand strategy.
• Proven experience in developing strategic content, narratives, key messages and copywriting materials.
• Experience working on multichannel communication projects.
• Experience in innovation, transformation or technology-related programs, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple and engaging way.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to present concepts, recommendations and deliverables to different stakeholders.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
• Experience working in consulting environments or with clients from different sectors.
• Experience or knowledge in change communication.
• Experience in marketing digital, storytelling or customer experience projects.
• Familiarity with co-creation tools such as Miro and Mural.
• Familiarity with emerging Artificial Intelligence tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
• Knowledge of Human-Centred Design and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Certifications or learning paths in storytelling, branding, strategic communication, change communication, Human-Centred Design or Design Thinking.
• Experience supporting or facilitating collaborative workshops.
