The Opportunity
As part of EY Portugal’s Innovation team, you will play a key role in driving the internal adoption and enablement of emerging technologies, with a particular focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot and generative AI solutions.
You will contribute to designing and implementing initiatives that enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support the digital transformation of EY teams. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with different business areas, helping shape the future of how we work through innovation.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the implementation of internal adoption and enablement initiatives for M365 Copilot and other innovation tools.
• Develop training materials, communication plans, and internal engagement initiatives to promote technology adoption.
• Monitor and analyze usage and impact data (e.g., adoption dashboards, productivity insights, user feedback).
• Contribute to the identification and development of use cases and best practices for generative AI within EY.
• Support the preparation of internal presentations, reports, and innovation deliverables with strong analytical rigor.
• Participate in Prompt Engineering, Use Case Development, and low-complexity AI Agent creation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify adoption challenges and opportunities, proposing improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to internal innovation initiatives and pilots, supporting experimentation and scaling of new solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in generative AI and digital workplace technologies.
Skills and Attributes for Success
• Interest and/or experience in technology adoption, digital innovation, or generative AI projects, preferably within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and results orientation.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage internal stakeholders.
• Team spirit, proactivity, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity and willingness to explore and experiment with new technologies.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
• 1–5 years of experience in digital transformation, innovation, or technology-related roles (internal or consulting environments).
• Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
