The Opportunity
As a Consultant, you will support the execution of adoption and enablement projects for Microsoft 365 Copilot, collaborating on training materials, communication plans, and data analysis to ensure successful implementation and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing adoption and enablement initiatives for M365 Copilot.
- Prepare training materials, communication plans, and adoption progress reports.
- Collect and analyze usage and impact data (e.g., adoption dashboards, productivity metrics, user feedback).
- Contribute to designing use cases and best practices for Copilot in various organizational contexts.
- Support the team in preparing presentations and deliverables with analytical rigor.
- Demonstrate curiosity and willingness to learn about generative AI and digital transformation.
- Participate in Prompt Engineering sessions, Use Case Development, and Low-Complexity Agent Creation.
- Collaborate in identifying adoption risks and opportunities, proposing ideas to enhance user experience.
- Assist in developing commercial proposals and communication materials.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Interest and/or experience in technology adoption and generative AI projects, preferably in Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and results orientation.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Team spirit, proactivity, and adaptability.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- 1–3 years of experience in management or technology consulting or digital transformation teams.
- Degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Engineering, or similar.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
