The opportunity
As a SAP Team Lead specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals at EY, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our consulting services. This role is designed for a dynamic and experienced professional who is passionate about leveraging SAP cloud solutions to drive business performance and enhance organizational effectiveness.

 

Your key responsibilities
•    Lead the SAP team focused on SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP SuccessFactors solution.
•    Manage SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects from planning through execution and post-implementation support.
•    Develop and implement strategies to optimize performance and efficiency of business processes.
•    Provide technical guidance and support to the team, promoting continuous skill development among team members.
•    Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring compliance with EY's best practices and standards.

To qualify for the role, you must have
•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
•    Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP solutions, with a focus on Performance and Goals.
•    Experience in team leadership and project management.
•    Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
•    In-depth knowledge of SAP functionalities and industry best practices.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have
•    Experience with the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
•    Familiarity with core SAP modules that integrate with SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals functionalities.
