SAP Finance Transformation Manager

The opportunity
As an SAP Finance Manager, you will lead high complexity SAP Finance engagements with a strong focus on FI (Finance), Controlling (CO) and Project Systems (PS). You will support clients in large scale digital transformation programs, financial process optimization, and the management of capital intensive projects and assets.
You will play a key role in project governance, team leadership, client relationship management, and delivery quality, fully aligned with EY’s SAP methodology and standards.
Your key responsibilities
• Lead end to end SAP Finance projects (implementations, rollouts, S/4HANA transformations and advanced AMS).
• Design and implement SAP solutions across:
• FI (AA, FI, AP-AR, Treasury)
• CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis)
• PS (WBS structures, budgeting, settlement, financial integration)
• Have an holistic view of the integration between FI and MM, SD and PM modules.
• Manage and develop onshore and offshore teams, fostering technical and functional growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading workshops, steering committees and key decision forums.
• Control scope, timeline, budget, risks and delivery quality.
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposals, estimations and SAP pre sales.
• Support the development of EY SAP assets, accelerators, methodologies and best practices.
To qualify for the role, you must have
• 8+ years of experience in SAP Finance
• Solid hands on experience in SAP S/4HANA projects (implementation and/or conversion).
• Proven experience as a Manager or Lead Consultant.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both business and IT stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in people management, coaching and mentoring.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
Ideally, you’ll also have
• Experience in industries such as Energy & Utilities, Telecom, Transportation or Industrial sectors.
• Background in AMS with a strong evolutionary component.
• SAP certifications (FI/CO, S/4HANA, PS, PM).
