Programador ServiceNow - EY Portugal Technology Hub

Procuramos Programadores ServiceNow com 2 a 5 anos de experiência para trabalharem em projetos nacionais e internacionais nas áreas de ITSM, ITOM, HR, IRM, Customer Service e Security Operations. O que vais fazer:

• Desenvolver e configurar aplicações na plataforma ServiceNow, usando JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer e Integration Hub.
• Criar e otimizar fluxos de trabalho e integrações com sistemas externos (REST/SOAP) para atender às necessidades dos clientes.
• Participar em projetos ágeis, desde o levantamento de requisitos até à implementação e testes.
• Colaborar com equipas multiculturais espalhadas pelo mundo, garantindo entregas de alta qualidade.
• Contribuir para a automação de processos e melhoria contínua das soluções implementadas.

O que precisas de ter:

• 2 a 5 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento ServiceNow, com foco em pelo menos uma área: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, IRM ou SecOps.
• Conhecimento sólido de JavaScript, HTML, CSS e ferramentas de automação na plataforma.
• Experiência com metodologias Agile/Scrum e ferramentas como Jira ou ServiceNow Agile Module.
• Fluência em inglês (obrigatório) e, idealmente, conhecimentos em francês, alemão ou árabe para suportar clientes em mercados específicos.
• Certificação ServiceNow (ex.: Certified System Administrator ou Certified Application Developer) é uma vantagem.
• Disponibilidade para viajar frequentemente, tanto em Portugal como no estrangeiro, para reuniões com clientes e implementações onsite (fator essencial).
• Capacidade de resolver problemas complexos e comunicar ideias técnicas de forma clara.
