The opportunity
You will help our clients to transform process and supported technology to streamline the tax and finance operative environment. At EY, you will work side-by-side with the firm’s clients and subject matter professionals to develop and incorporate solutions that create value and improve efficiencies.
Your key responsibilities
•Define and implement strategic and assertive tax and finance business solutions.
•Participate in requirements gathering and design of solutions/applications (functional and application logic).
•Assess, improve, and reengineer tax and finance functions’ processes.
•Identify opportunities for the use of technology to accelerate and enhance delivery of services.
•Drive overall deployment of process driven and technology services through active participation.
•Support clients in managing effective relationships with tax authorities.
•Collect and document engagement team and client feedback
•Build and maintain long-term and trust relationships with our clients and provide high levels of client service.
•Stay abreast of current Tax & Finance regulatory framework and related technology relevant to the client's business.
•Contribute to the team’s good productivity and motivation with good communication and cooperation to guarantee the best results.

To qualify for the role, you must have
•Academic Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Management or similar.
•Practical experience in standard process analysis and mapping.
•Participated in digital transformation project (e.g., SAP, MS-NAV or another ERP implementation).
•Technical knowledge or education on Python, PowerApps & Power Automation.
•Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
