The opportunity
EY is currently enlarging its People Consulting team with a motivated and experienced professional with experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation.
As Manager, you will contribute to SAP related engagements, helping our clients transform their business & maximize their performance. In this position, you will provide a range of services with focus in SAP implementation projects & methodologies. Your activities would consist out of a combination of advising and analyzing, but also guiding implementations and configuration. You will assist customers by implementing solutions focused on a more strategic approach towards HR, based on the latest SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Your key responsibilities
This person will be responsible for full implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll project, namely, design, client workshops (payroll functional requirements), overall solution design and data migration, testing, parallel, Go-Live and be able to perform as a solution architect when needed.
Specific Project documentation creation and project management in articulation with other implementation teams (SAP SuccessFactors and non-SuccessFactors) are essential.
It will be expected ability to manage, lead and mentor other consultants and deliver quality client service, while effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients recognize technology as a business enabler to drive employee experience

To qualify for the role, you must have
• Academic degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or other related field of study;
• At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, mainly in a consulting environment;
• SAP SuccessFactors for Employee Central Payroll certification;
• A strong interest in technology and its use in business processes;
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
