Experienced Consultant | EY-Parthenon - Merger & Acquisitions (M&A)

We are looking for a talented and driven Experienced Staff (1-3 years of experience) to join our EY Parthenon Transaction M&A team. In this role, you will support the execution of high impact M&A and corporate strategy engagements, working closely with senior team members to deliver value to our clients across the deal lifecycle.
You will contribute to strategic and financial analysis, support client deliverables, and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams in a fast paced, analytical, and client focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

•    Support the execution of M&A, divestiture and corporate strategy projects, including commercial due diligence, strategy reviews and transaction support
•    Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, including market assessments, competitive landscape analysis, business plan reviews and financial analysis
•    Develop clear, structured and impactful client deliverables (presentations, models and analyses)
•    Conduct market and industry research to support strategic recommendations
•    Work collaboratively with project teams, including EY colleagues across Strategy, Transactions, Assurance and Consulting
•    Interact with clients alongside senior team members, supporting meetings, workshops and presentations
•    Ensure high quality, accuracy and consistency of analyses and outputs in line with EY Parthenon standards
•    Manage own workstreams and deadlines effectively, contributing proactively to team objectives

Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
•    1 to 3 years of professional experience in M&A advisory, strategy consulting, corporate finance, investment banking or similar fields
•    Strong analytical skills with experience in financial and strategic analysis
•    Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
•    Ability to structure complex problems and communicate findings clearly
•    Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality deliverables
•    Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Nice to Have

•    Previous experience in strategy consulting, M&A advisory, transaction services or corporate strategy teams
•    Exposure to financial modeling and valuation techniques
•    International exposure or experience working in multicultural teams
