We support clients from different sectors in defining and implementing brand, communication and content strategies that are aligned with business objectives, customer experience and transformation agendas. As an Experienced Consultant – Brand, Content & Communication Strategy, you will contribute to the development of brand and communication strategies, create engaging content and support the delivery of communication initiatives for clients across different industries. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders, helping organizations communicate complex ideas through clear, relevant and impactful narratives.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategic content and copywriting materials, including presentations, proposals, campaigns, institutional content and communication materials.
• Support the development and implementation of brand strategies, communication strategies and change communication initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure brand consistency across different touchpoints, communication channels and deliverables.
• Create narratives, key messages and communication materials tailored to different audiences and purposes.
• Translate business, transformation and technology-related topics into clear, engaging and impactful communication.
• Work closely with designers, consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support the delivery of client projects, ensuring quality, consistency and alignment with project objectives.
• Prepare clear, structured and visually consistent presentations and client deliverables.
• Participate in client meetings, collaborative sessions and workshops.
• Contribute to research activities, benchmarking exercises and the preparation of commercial proposals and pitches.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Branding, Management, Design, Journalism, Business or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in communication, branding, marketing, content strategy, content development or consulting.
• Experience developing content, communication materials and copywriting deliverables for different audiences and channels.
• Experience supporting communication, branding or marketing projects.
• Good understanding of communication strategy, brand strategy and storytelling principles.
• Experience working on multichannel communication initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and client stakeholders.

 

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

• Experience working in consulting environments or with clients from different sectors.
• Experience or knowledge in change communication.
• Experience in digital marketing, storytelling or customer experience projects.
• Familiarity with co-creation tools such as Miro and Mural.
• Familiarity with emerging Artificial Intelligence tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
• Knowledge of Human-Centred Design and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Certifications or learning paths in storytelling, branding, strategic communication, change communication, Human-Centred Design or Design Thinking.
• Experience supporting collaborative workshops and working sessions.
