The Opportunity
As part of our Cyber Security team, you will help organizations strengthen their security posture through the operation, optimization and continuous improvement of cybersecurity technologies. Working alongside EY professionals and client teams, you will support the deployment, administration and enhancement of security solutions across complex enterprise environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for cybersecurity professionals who enjoy hands-on technical work, client interaction and exposure to leading security technologies in areas such as network security, cloud security, identity management and security monitoring.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in the day-to-day operation and optimization of cybersecurity technologies and security controls.
- Monitor, investigate and respond to security alerts, events and incidents.
- Administer and maintain security solutions including firewalls, SIEM platforms, endpoint security tools, identity and access management solutions and cloud security technologies.
- Perform security configuration reviews, health checks and technical assessments.
- Identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations and operational risks, providing recommendations for remediation.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to improve security processes and controls.
- Support the implementation and integration of new cybersecurity technologies and capabilities.
- Contribute to incident response, troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities.
- Assist in the development of technical documentation, operational procedures and client deliverables.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Cyber Security, Infrastructure Security, Security Operations or Systems/Network Administration.
- Experience with one or more of the following areas: Network Security, Security Operations (SOC), Identity and Access Management (IAM), Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, Vulnerability Management
- Hands-on experience with security technologies such as: Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet or similar firewall technologies, Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar or other SIEM platforms, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, CyberArk or similar IAM solutions, EDR/XDR platforms such as Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike or SentinelOne, Azure, AWS or Google Cloud security services;
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical environments.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Ideally, You'll Also Have
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as: AZ-500, SC-200 / SC-300 / SC-100, Security+, CISSP, CCNA Security, Fortinet Certifications
- Experience working in managed security services or security operations environments.
- Knowledge of automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell or Bash).
- Familiarity with industry frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001 and CIS Controls.
