The opportunity
You’ll have the opportunity to integrate a team that specializes in impact analysis studies, foresight, design and evaluation of public policies.
The studies are aimed at public sector entities in Portugal and abroad (with emphasis on the European Commission, Angola and Mozambique) and cover a variety of themes, highlighting the areas of macro and microeconomics, impact analysis, sectoral analysis, public finances and program evaluation.

 

Your key responsibilities
•Translating complex data from a range of sources into client-ready insights and deliverables
•Develop and maintain long-term trust client relationships and networks
•Contribute to the team’s management, good productivity and motivation with good communication and cooperation to guarantee the best result

To qualify for the role, you must have
•Academic background in Economics, Mathematics applied to Economics or Management, Statistics, or similar
•Skills in econometrics, macroeconomics, microeconomics
•Analytical and integration capacity of various statistical sources and methods
•Availability to travel (within Portugal or abroad)
•English level B2

 

Ideally, you’ll also have
•2 to 4 years of previous professional experience in relevant areas
•Experience with R, Stata, Python or Matlab
