The Opportunity
As part of EY's Financial Services Consulting practice, you will support leading financial institutions in improving and transforming their business processes through the identification of opportunities for optimization, automation and operational efficiency.
Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will collaborate with clients across the banking, insurance and wealth & asset management sectors to analyse current processes, define target operating models and support the implementation of workflow, BPM and low-code solutions. You will help organizations streamline operations, improve customer and employee experiences, strengthen controls and deliver business value through process transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyse, document and improve business processes across Financial Services organizations.
• Conduct requirements gathering activities, including workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Document business requirements, user stories, process flows and functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain AS-IS and TO-BE process maps and supporting documentation.
• Support backlog definition, prioritization and requirements management activities.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, workflow automation and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
• Support the implementation of BPM, workflow and low-code solutions.
• Participate in testing, validation and deployment activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Prepare project documentation, presentations and client deliverables.
• Work closely with client stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Contribute to transformation initiatives across banking, insurance and other Financial Services sectors.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in business consulting, process improvement, business analysis or process transformation projects.
• Practical experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management and business analysis activities.
• Experience documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, AS-IS and TO-BE models.
• Hands-on experience in process automation, workflow management and BPM initiatives.
• Experience working with more than one low-code, workflow or automation platform, such as Appian, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, Pega, OutSystems or Blue Prism.
• Ability to act as a bridge between business and technology teams.
• Strong understanding of process improvement and transformation methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).

• Previous experience delivering projects within Banking, Insurance or Wealth & Asset Management.
• Knowledge of Financial Services processes and operating models.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with process modelling methodologies and tools.
• Certifications or training in Business Analysis, BPM, Agile or low-code platforms.
• Experience supporting automation initiatives with measurable business impact.
