We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst (0-2 years of experience) to join our EY Parthenon M&A - Real Estate team. In this role, you will support strategic and transaction focused projects, working closely with senior team members to deliver high impact analyses for clients operating in the real estate sector.
You will contribute to project work across mergers and acquisitions, strategy, and value creation engagements, developing analytical insights and supporting decision making in a fast paced, client driven and collaborative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

•    Support the execution of M&A and strategic advisory projects within the Real Estate sector
•    Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, including market research, competitive analysis, and financial and commercial assessments
•    Collect, structure, and analyze data to support business cases, investment decisions, and transaction processes
•    Assist in the preparation of client deliverables, such as presentations, reports, and financial models
•    Conduct industry and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the real estate landscape
•    Collaborate with cross functional and multicultural teams, including strategy, transaction, and sector specialists
•    Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of analyses and outputs in line with EY Parthenon methodologies

 

Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, with an academic background or complementary studies in Marketing or Marketing Management
•    0 to 2 years of professional experience, including internships or entry level roles in consulting, strategy, corporate development, or related areas
•    Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to structure complex issues
•    Solid understanding of business fundamentals, markets, and value drivers
•    Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis and financial concepts is an advantage
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Fluency in English, both written and spoken

 

Nice to Have

•    Previous exposure to consulting, M&A, or strategy projects
•    Interest or initial experience in the Real Estate sector
•    Knowledge of marketing strategy, customer analysis, or go to market frameworks
