The opportunity
The Technology Consulting Financial Services team works with clients to transform their businesses through disruptive innovation and transformational design solutions. The team supports the modernization of systems, processes and products to improve platforms, as well as business- and customer-facing services, to achieve high performance in a competitive and ever-changing environment. 


The team also supports clients to maintain competitive advantage and profitability by developing technology strategies, products and solutions at the forefront of the rapid pace of change and supports the execution of complex transformations.


In this context, we are strengthening our team with the integration of an Appian Developer who will develop modern software solutions for clients in the financial sector.

 

Your key responsibilities
•Develop and maintain Appian applications, including process models, interfaces, and integrations
•Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
•Assist in the design and implementation of scalable and efficient solutions
•Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
•Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices
•Stay up to date with the latest Appian features and industry trends

To qualify for the role, you must have
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
•1-2 years of experience in Appian development
•Strong understanding of BPM concepts 
•Knowledge of Java, SQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
•Experience with Agile development methodologies
•Availability to travel


Ideally, you’ll also have
•Experience in developing projects for financial services
•Appian Certified Associate Developer or higher
