The Opportunity
We are building a Business Transformation team focused on driving strategic change and delivering innovative solutions that reshape how we operate and create value. We need your expertise as a Product Owner to join this journey and help us design and implement impactful digital products and services that accelerate transformation across the organization.
The Product Owner plays a pivotal role in Business Transformation, acting as the orchestrator between Customer Needs (Love the Problem), Business Purpose (Build the Right Solution), and Technological Feasibility (Build the Thing Right).
Your Key Responsibilities
As part of the Business Transformation team, you will:
- Facilitate strategic initiatives by gathering business insights, customer feedback, and performance KPIs to guide the development of new digital products and services.
- Define and maintain the Product Roadmap, aligning priorities with transformation goals and ensuring timely delivery.
- Anticipate and mitigate roadblocks, ensuring projects stay on track without compromising quality.
- Prioritize product releases based on business impact, customer needs, and success metrics.
- Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to ensure products remain relevant and competitive.
- Manage the Product Backlog (e.g., Jira), tracking evolution, new features, and dependencies.
- Address product performance issues, coordinating improvements to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring clear communication among stakeholders and alignment with transformation objectives.
- Manage tight launch timelines, honoring commitments to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to source solutions and ensure seamless integration.
