The Opportunity
We are creating a new Omnichannel Experience team, dedicated to improve the overall Customer Experience and we need your expertise as a Product Owner to join our team and you will delight many of our Clients around the world by building the best digital experiences. The Product Owner is a strategical role in the Business Transformation, since it must be a maestro in orchestration of the Customer Needs (Love the Problem), the Business Purpose (Build the Right Solution) and the Technological Feasibility (Build the Thing Right).
Your key responsibilities
Together with the Omnichannel Experience team, you will facilitate a variety of customer-related tasks such as gathering customer data, customer insights, customer feedback and customer KPI’s, to support the implementation of new digital product and services.
Skills and attributes for success
- Knowledge about Customer Insights: Gathering data through the team of Service Design and UX, to help lead product development and the product success;
- Knows how to create the Product Roadmap: A roadmap to outline the strategy, priorities and the roadmap of the product over time and organizes the deliverables;
- Can makes the definition of the Approach for product roadblocks with Problem-solving: Mitigation about the possible Roadblocks and how not compromise the delivery dates;
- Can make the prioritization of the Product Releases: Definition of the priorities for the products based on revenue, success rate, and customer needs;
- Can Analyse the market trends: Envisions the customer needs based on market research and trends, to help to make the Product Relevant;
- Knows how to manage the Product Backlog: Managers the product backlog (Jira) with the log of Product evolution, new features, and development roadblocks;
- The Knowledge about how to correct product failures: Understands the Product underperforming and makes coordinates the right approach to improve the experience;
- Can Handle cross-departmental communication: Align different teams to work together by promoting a communication that is clear for all stakeholders;
- Can Manage Tight Product launch timeframe: The Product launches are a compromise with Clients, so it’s important that the schedule is fulfilled;
- Can work with different Digital Software Vendors: To be able to communicate with software vendors and source the required information or solutions.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience in leading teams to execute high quality deliverables within stipulated timeline;
Experience managing Agile projects and personal accountability;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent people and problem management skills;
The ability to manage multiple agile teams simultaneously.
