We are looking for motivated professionals to join our Automation Function within the CBS Service Line in Portugal. As part of this team, you will contribute to the delivery of intelligent automation solutions across EY service lines, supporting innovation and helping our internal clients transform the way they work.

Joining our Automation Fucntion means working in an agile and collaborative environment that delivers impactful IT and automation solutions. You will support the translation of technology strategy into executable project initiatives, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform, low‑code/no‑code technologies, and AI‑enabled insights within the Microsoft ecosystem.

You will work alongside a diverse, global team, building strong relationships and contributing your project management and automation expertise to initiatives that drive efficiency, innovation, and business value.

 Your Key Responsibilities:

As an Intelligent Automation Project Manager, you will support both IT project delivery and Microsoft Power Platform solution operations within your assigned domain. You will contribute to the support, enhancement, and continuous improvement of existing and upcoming Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, advising project teams to ensure solution stability, quality, reuse of components, and alignment with RTH quality standards.

In parallel, you will support IT project management activities across planning, delivery coordination, quality assurance, and risk management. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to help translate business and IT requirements into structured delivery plans and support the delivery of AI‑enabled automation solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, in line with RTH Automation standards.

• Responsible for Power Platform Solutions

Provides support for existing and upcoming Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate workflows. Advises and guides project teams in the build, enhancement, and continuous improvement of Power Platform solutions, ensuring stable operation and alignment with established standards

• Technical Advisory

Provides technical advisory support to project teams on Microsoft Power Platform solutions, contributing to the design, enhancement, and integration of applications and workflows. Supports solution feasibility, quality, and reuse of existing components, ensuring alignment with established platforms and RTH quality standards

• Project Management

Plays an active role in managing IT projects by supporting planning, delivery, quality assurance, and risk management activities. Collaborates with teams to deliver modern, AI‑driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry, while helping ensure solutions meet agreed delivery criteria and RTH quality standards and make effective use of existing platforms

• Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

Works closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, and communicate project progress. Supports effective collaboration across distributed and cross‑functional teams, contributing to clear decision‑making and successful delivery outcomes

• Standards, Governance & Continuous Improvement

Supports adherence to Power Platform, automation, and IT delivery standards, contributing to consistent and compliant solution delivery. Actively supports continuous improvement by promoting best practices, reuse of components, and lessons learned across automation initiatives.

Skills and attributes for success:

• Strong working knowledge of enterprise technologies, including applications, collaboration platforms, and cloud‑based solutions, with a clear focus on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint.
• Hands‑on experience with low‑code/no‑code development, primarily using Microsoft Power Platform, with exposure to Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and scripting or programming languages such as Python or similar.
• Good understanding of business processes and service delivery models, with the ability to support stakeholders by translating requirements into practical automation solutions using Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting IT solutions or automation projects, with exposure to end‑to‑end project delivery activities, including planning, coordination, and solution implementation.
• Strong learning mindset and curiosity for emerging technologies, particularly AI‑enabled insights and intelligent automation, with a willingness to continuously develop both technical and business skills
