The opportunity 
EY is looking for a RPA Developer to helps us grow our Intelligent Automation team. Overall, this person should be a team player, have a strong interest in business optimization/transformation topics and display specific related skills and capabilities such as experience working with UiPath.

 

Your key responsibilities 
•    Be part of the development, management and implementation of RPA projects with a high level of efficiency and quality. 
•    Optimization and automation of business processes in different clients.
•    Elaboration of technical documentation.
•    Follow the implementation of specific requirements and guidelines in accordance to local, national and global requirements.
•    Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients. 
•    Establish professional and trust relationships with customers and staff.
•    Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge.
•    Contribute to the team’s good productivity and motivation with good communication and cooperation to guarantee the best results.

To qualify for the role you must have
•    Academic education in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems and Management, Engineering or similar.
•    2-3 years of professional experience in the development of RPA projects (UiPath, Blue Prism ou Power Automate), mainly in consulting environment.
•    Experience in analyzing and designing processes and identifying improvements from a digitization and automation perspective.
•    Experience / knowledge in digital workers orchestration (i.e. working with orchestrators in RPA technologies).
•    Knowledge and interest in different intelligent automation technologies (eg BPM, OCR, ML, etc.).
•    Interest in developing new solutions in different technologies related to intelligent automation.
•    Programming experience in low-code/no-code or hard-code technologies.
•    Full English Proficiency. 

 

Ideally, you´ll also have
•    Scrum Master certification.
•    UiPath certification.

•    SQL knowledge is highly valued.
•    Knowledge in IT architectures is valued.
