Legal Manager

Ernst & Young has been operating in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia since 2001 providing audit, tax, and advisory services in Mongolia. EY Mongolia is a full member of EY Global, one of the Big 4 public accounting firms with a network of over 400,000 professionals across 150 countries.

We are currently hiring a Legal Manager for our TAX practice. We offer highly competitive remuneration and benefits, international level training, and rich professional experience. Position: Legal Manager in EY Mongolia tax practice.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work with other EY departments to deliver comprehensive legal service to clients
• Manage day-to-day activities of EY Law
• Conduct legal research on Mongolian laws and regulations, and prepare legal advice to clients
• Represent clients before Mongolian authorities
• Prepare various legal documents, including contacts and internal corporate documents

Minimum requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law and Mongolian BAR Association certificate
2. Ability to deliver, manage and adhere to legal service projects in line with deadlines and work under pressure and on multiple tasks
3. 2-3 years of legal experience in legal firm
4. Proficient written and oral communication skills in both English and Mongolian
