The Opportunity

We are looking for a midlevel PMO resource with expertise in managing SAP implementation programs, ensuring governance, compliance, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP project management, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and status reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate across functional teams for example: FICO, MM, SD, HR, Technical etc. to ensure smooth execution.
• Facilitate risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.
• Support project documentation, including business cases, scope statements, and deliverables.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and provide executive-level reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SAP Activate, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.

Key Profile Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in SAP Project Management or PMO roles.
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation lifecycle and integration points.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, FMCG, or Manufacturing projects is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft (Excel, Word, MS Project),  Jira, SAP Solution Manager etc.).
