SAP HCM Consultant - Technology Consulting - Lahore - Pakistan

The opportunity

We are looking for an SAP HCM Consultant with domain experience in Human Capital Management with Integration knowledge of the respective modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP HCM implementation projects, including Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management, and related sub-modules.
• Conduct business process analysis and map requirements to SAP HCM functionalities.
• Configure and customize SAP HCM systems, including schemas, rules, and interfaces.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Develop and deliver end-user training and maintain documentation for configurations and processes.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and apply system updates.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR teams, IT departments, and stakeholders to align SAP HCM solutions with business objectives.

Key Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.

• 4–6+ years of professional experience in SAP Digital Transformation and SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementations.
• Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP HCM. SuccessFactors projects will be a plus.
• Prior experience in Oil and Gas projects is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll) and/or SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation).

• Familiarity with SAP Activate, Agile, or Hybrid implementation methodologies and understanding of end-to-end program lifecycle.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in large-scale HR transformations and cloud-based HCM solutions.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and work in complex, multi-country environments.
