SAP BASIS Consultant –Technology Consulting - Pakistan

The opportunity

We are looking for an SAP BASIS Consultant with strong end-to-end technical delivery expertise across greenfield and brownfield SAP implementations. You will lead the design, build, migration, and conversion of SAP landscapes (ECC/S/4HANA) with a focus on availability, performance, security, automation, and operational excellence. You will work closely with Functional, Security, Network, Infrastructure, and Application teams to ensure stable and compliant SAP operations and implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP lifecycle Implementation tasks include but not limited to:

• • Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) across SAP landscapes, covering on-premise and SAP cloud products (e.g., SAP BTP, IAS/IPS, SAP Cloud applications) with secure authentication and certificate management.
  • Plan and execute SAP Support Package/Service Pack applications, patching, and version upgrades in alignment with maintenance windows and change governance.
  • Install, configure, and administer SAP Content Server, including connectivity, storage configuration, and integration with relevant SAP components.
  • Deliver end-to-end Greenfield implementations across deployment models:
    • On-premise
    • SAP Private Cloud (e.g., RISE/HEC/Private editions)
    • SAP Public Cloud (where applicable for technical integration/support scope)
  • Deliver end-to-end Brownfield implementations, including:
    • On-premise conversion activities (technical readiness, system prep, upgrade/conversion support)
    • Migration/move to SAP Private Cloud, ensuring minimal downtime and stable cutover.
  • Perform SAP HANA database installation and administration, including monitoring, backups, performance housekeeping, and lifecycle maintenance.
  • Execute client administration activities such as client copies (local/remote), post-copy activities, and system refresh coordination.
  • Plan and perform SAP Kernel upgrades, ensuring compatibility validation and rollback readiness.
  • Execute SAP Add-on installations and upgrades, including prerequisite checks, stack planning, and post-installation validation.

Key Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.

• 4–6+ years of professional experience in SAP Digital Transformation and SAP Basis implementations.
• Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP Basis. SuccessFactors projects will be a plus.
• Prior experience in Oil and Gas projects is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Basis modules

• Familiarity with SAP Activate, Agile, or Hybrid implementation methodologies and understanding of end-to-end program lifecycle.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in large-scale HR transformations and cloud-based Basis solutions.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and work in complex, multi-country environments.
