Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior SAP Production Planning (PP) Consultant to join our team and lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP PP solutions across global business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP PP and SAP PP/DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling).

This is a strategic role involving end-to-end ownership of manufacturing and planning solutions, integration with other SAP modules, and collaboration with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP PP and SAP PP/DS solutions.
• Design and optimize production planning processes including MRP, capacity planning, and detailed scheduling.
• Implement and support Handling Unit Management for discrete and repetitive manufacturing scenarios.
• Design and maintain Variant Configuration models, characteristics, dependencies, and object dependencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with CO, MM, SD, WM, and QM modules.
• Participate in blueprinting, gap analysis, and requirement gathering with business users.
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments, enhancements, and reports.
• Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and go-live activities.
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA innovations and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP configuration and support.
• At least 2 full-cycle SAP PP implementation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Flexibility to travel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
