The Opportunity
As a Regulatory Compliance Associate, you will be a part of our Regulatory and Company Secretarial team. You will be part of a team who identifies planning opportunities to help clients fulfill compliance responsibilities, avoid penalties as well as minimize compliance burdens. Role Summary
As an Associate, you will support the delivery of company secretarial, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance services to clients, ensuring alignment with applicable regulatory frameworks and internal quality standards.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist in company secretarial, regulatory compliance and governance support, including:
- Preparation of board and shareholder meeting documentation
- Maintenance of statutory registers and corporate records on clients’ behalf
- Filing of relevant periodic returns with relevant regulatory bodies
- Support regulatory filings with relevant authorities (e.g., CAC, FRCN, NIPC, NRS, IID, SEC)
- Conduct regulatory research and support the development of client-ready materials
- Assist in preparing and updating compliance calendars and trackers
- Support the execution of corporate actions on clients’ behalf,
- Maintain accurate client documentation and engagement files
- Provide administrative and operational support to engagement leads

To Qualify for the Role, you must have:
- LL.B and B.L (with a minimum of 2nd Class/Upper Division)
- Minimum of 3 years relevant regulatory compliance experience or equivalent experience
- Excellent research skills, with an ability to write persuasive reports
