As part of the People Advisory Services (PAS) team, you will be instrumental in the design and delivery of our business strategy that impacts people. You will participate at all levels and take responsibility for your own work, so that you can work independently. Your Key Responsibilities
- Leading successful projects – demonstrating technical excellence and a business-based approach to solving complex challenges
- Generate revenue by identifying opportunities for follow-up engagements and forging long-lasting relationships with customers; identify potential risks and opportunities to improve processes and acquire new business; Assist in client acquisition activities by preparing proposals and conducting presentations
- Directing project workflows from planning to implementation - managing project resources and budgets effectively, while overseeing multiple engagements
- Influence customers and stakeholders to gain their support regarding important change decisions and/or initiatives
- Manage, train and develop professionals at more junior levels, with a focus on technical and customer service skills to boost their careers

To be successful in the position it is necessary to
- Graduate in Commercial Engineering, Law or related career
- 5 years or more of experience in the area of global migration in one of the Big 4, a specialized consulting firm or in a company occupying a related position in large-scale projects
- Knowledge of tax processing systems and legal regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, being able to confidently persuade colleagues and clients of all levels
- English at least intermediate level
Ideally, it is also important
- Knowledge of broader topics of global mobility and Postgraduate or specialization in People Management
- Global mindset and knowledge of local and other countries' migration issues
