Overview

  • Translates the overarching business strategy into sales function vision, strategy, and operating model
  • Designs, optimizes or transforms sales function operations, workforce capability, processes and supporting technology
  • Establishes frameworks for the management and measurement of all sales activity, based on industry specific leading practice

 

Responsibilities

 

  • ​Responsible for managing delivery of one or more processes, solutions and/or projects with a focus on quality and effective risk management. 
  • Contributes to continuous process improvement, the identification of innovative solutions through research and analysis, and the application of best practice.
  • Accountable for achieving own targets which impact the immediate team. 
  • Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of junior colleagues or team members.
  • Provides technical guidance to colleagues to ensure achieve agreed outcomes. 
  • Meets performance objectives and metrics set locally (client service, quality and risk management, sales and business growth, solution development and teaming etc.)
