Technology Consulting - SAP Functional Consultant, Manager

The opportunity

Your key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP transformation and implementation projects across modules such as SAP MM, FICO, SD, SuccessFactors, PP/QM, Basis, EWM/WM, Ariba, and PaPM.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business objectives and translating them into SAP-enabled solutions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, resource planning, and overall delivery quality.
• Lead and facilitate client workshops, solution design sessions, and executive stakeholder discussions.
• Drive solution architecture, business process transformation, and fit-gap assessments.
• Review and approve functional specifications, solution designs, test strategies, and deployment plans.
• Oversee data migration, integration, testing, and cutover activities to ensure successful implementation.
• Manage issue resolution, risk mitigation, and escalation processes across project lifecycles.
• Lead user adoption, change management, training, and post-go-live support activities.
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Support business development activities, including proposal development, solution presentations, and pursuit opportunities.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8-12 years of SAP consulting and implementation experience.
• Experience leading at least 3-5 full-cycle SAP implementation or transformation programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing project teams and client stakeholders.
• Proven track record in solution delivery within consulting or professional services environments.Willingness to travel for project assignments as required.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Prior consulting experience with a leading professional services or consulting organization.
• SAP certification in relevant modules.
