The opportunity
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced OT Security Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting our OT systems, networks, and assets from potential cyber threats and vulnerabilities. You will collaborate closely with IT security teams, OT engineers, and other stakeholders to implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
You will have a responsibility for:

Conduct regular assessments and audits of OT systems to identify security vulnerabilities.

Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices for OT environments.

Monitor OT networks and systems for suspicious activity and respond to security incidents promptly.

Collaborate with IT teams to integrate OT security measures with enterprise IT security frameworks.

Provide guidance and support to OT engineers and operations teams on security-related issues.

Stay updated on emerging threats and security technologies relevant to OT environments.

Conduct training sessions and workshops to raise awareness about OT security among employees.

Where possible, you will identify opportunities for EY to assist our clients further and escalate these potential areas to the engagement manager

Working with the engagement manager you will assist with the planning and delivery phases of engagements

Contributing to the creation of proposals and marketing material

To qualify for the role you must have

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer, information technology or a related field

Minimum 2 year of recent relevant work experience in information security or information technology discipline, preferably in a technology consulting role with a leading management consultancy organization or professional services firm

Proven experience in OT security, including knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA systems.

Experience in client service delivery and be able to manage multiple engagement teams and projects

Related professional certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, CEH, CISM, etc.
