Your key responsibilities
As a Senior/Associate, you will work as part of EY's IAM team, supporting the delivery of identity and access management solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with project teams and client stakeholders while building your technical and consulting capabilities.
You will have responsibility for:
- Participating in all phases of the system development life cycle including requirement assessment, analysis, design, development, testing, QA, documentation and deployment.
- Designing system components to support modularized system architecture, including business logic, functionality and connectivity access.
- Independently designing, coding and testing individual features and working closely with team members to deliver complex changes.
- Supporting the implementation, configuration and enhancement of IAM solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Assisting with application onboarding, user provisioning and access governance activities.
- Preparing technical documentation, reports and project deliverables.
- Researching and exploring new technologies aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Continuously developing technical skills and expanding technology knowledge.
You will be responsible for supporting one or more of the following areas:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Single Sign-On (SSO) and Federation
- User Lifecycle Management
- Access Certification and Access Reviews
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Access Analytics and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- Application Integration and Identity Services
You are expected to:

To qualify for the role, you must have
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of recent relevant work experience in information security or information technology discipline, preferably in a business consulting role with a leading management consultancy organization.
- Experience in client service delivery and ability to support multiple engagements and projects simultaneously.
- Strong interest in the field of information security and identity management.
- Related professional certifications such as CISSP and/or CISM are an added advantage.
- Required technical skills: Java or .NET, XML and/or JavaScript.
- Optional technical skills: Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
Ideally, you'll also have
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Access Analytics, Single Sign-On (SSO) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions.
- Good knowledge of Internet and web technologies.
- Experience in coaching and supervising junior team members is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements, including overseas assignments when required.
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proactive, dedicated, innovative and resourceful approach to work.
