Tax - Senior Associate - Digital Designer
Job description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal EY teams (e.g. subject matter experts, the Brand, Marketing, and Communication team), and external vendors to design and develop a range of creative assets for tax learning and promotional purposes.
- Create innovative digital learning materials, including bite-sized videos, infographics, and e-flash cards, that are both educational and engaging.
- Design compelling marketing digital assets, such as videos, brochures, email and WhatsApp templates, and social media graphics, for tax learning events.
- Generate visual concepts and contribute creative ideas that are in line with EY branding guidelines and support the marketing strategy for EY Tax Academy's flagship programs and campaigns.
- Provide design support for ad hoc projects (e.g. the creation of event merchandise and other design artwork briefs as needed).
Experiences, Qualifications and Personal Qualities
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing or a related field.
- Experienced in digital design, preferably within a corporate or educational environment.
- Able to showcase portfolio with a variety of digital assets, including learning materials and marketing collateral.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Premiere Pro, Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)
- Collaborative team player; able to work effectively with others in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong visual and conceptual thinking skills.
- Copywriting skills is an advantage.
