ServiceNow Technical Lead/Developer - Technology Consulting

We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join our highly professional team. The chosen individual will be tasked with delivering innovative solutions involving ServiceNow and working with clients to understand their business needs, configuring, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to provide practical solutions.

Skills and attributes for success

Technical Lead

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Technology expert/architect for the ServiceNow suite of solutions
• Implemented at least 2 end-end ServiceNow programs that are strategic in nature. Alternative implementation in BMC or equivalent is acceptable. Scope must include ITSM, ITOM, ITAM 
• Ideally a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect 
• Having ServiceNow Micro Certified for the following modules: ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, Automated Engine & Health Log Analytics, ServiceNow Application Developer will be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams.
• Strong client-facing and consulting skills.

Developer

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience on following modules:

  • ITSM PRO

  • ITOM

  • ITAM

  • Integration hub

• Implemented at least 2 ServiceNow programs that are transformative in nature.

• Have minimum of 1 year experience in JAVA

• Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.

• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.

• Gain familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes.

• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
