QA Manager, AI & Data

We’re looking for people with strong Data related Solutioning and Consulting experience. You will need passion for a career in data analytics, where you will provide a consultative service on a variety of data driven decision making projects within a fast-paced consulting environment.

Your key responsibilities

QA Manager will be responsible for end-to-end QA life cycle of data analytics projects. These projects will include On-prem / Cloud based solutions for Analytics, Data Science and Data Platforms using CI/CD and DevOps tools.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop test strategy and plan for the engagements.
• Manage resources and testing process from project initiation to post implementation review.
• Monitor and report the status and progress of each test phase to stakeholders.
• Acting as the main liaison communicating between the testing team and the rest of the internal and external organization
• Responsible for all Tests, Test Tools Development and configuration management activities
• Resolve test project issues, and ensuring effective test process improvement feedback
• Coordinating all corresponding test and release activities including Performance and Security testing.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Hands on skills and knowledge about test management tools, quality assurance methodologies, SQL, Scope and Change management process.
• Experience with testing automation, DevOps, CI/CD.
• Test and QA management background with a proven history of success (5+ years) working in Data Warehouse, Big Data or Business Intelligence and Analytics projects.
• A broad knowledge of the project lifecycle
• Broad exposure across the STLC, creating Test Strategies with the appropriate coverage for each phase (SIT, UAT, Performance, Security)
• A very strong understanding of Agile and Lean principles.
• Knowledge in public cloud platforms
• Ability to review and analyze business requirements in order to produce test strategy and test cases. 
• Familiarity in continuous testing practices in a CI/CD development pipeline, and deploying test automation

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Standard industry certification such as ISTQB, ISEB, QAI.
